ROES Won't Launch (OS X) - The main class could not be loaded (MAC)

If you receive this error message, follow the instructions below
  1. Open Finder and in the top menu click Go and select Go to folder from the list

  2. A dialog window will open with a field to type into

  3. Copy and Paste ~/.ROESEngineCache and click Go/Open image.png

  4. A new finder window will open with .ROESEngineCache in view

  5. Delete all files in this folder

  6. Relaunch ROES and enter your customer information
