Refreshing ROES Files (Mac)

Refreshing ROES files will fix nearly all common issues with ROES
e.g. ROES is stuck at creating products, ROES won't open, ROES Crashes when opening, null pointer exception
  1. Open Finder and in the top menu click Go and select Go to folder from the list

  2. A dialog window will open with a field to type into
  3. Copy and paste ~/.RichmondProLabROES and click Go/Open

  4. A new Finder window will open with .RichmondProLabROES in view
    1. .RichmondProLabROES contains all of the information for orders
  5. Within .RichmondProLabROES, delete the following files:
    1. RichmondProLabROES.properties file
    2. Colors.xml, Customer.xml and Paymentinfo.enc files
  6. Click on the desktop and click Go and select Go To Folder
    1. Copy and Paste ~/.ROESEngineCache and click Go/Open image.png
  7. A new finder window will open with .ROESEngineCache in view
  8. Delete all files in this folder

  9. Click on the desktop and click Go and select Go To Folder
    1. Copy and Paste ~/.roescache and click Go/Open

  10. A new finder window will open with .roescache in view
  11. Type .enc in the search window (make sure you are searching the .ROESCache folder)
  12. Locate and delete Richmond_ROES.xml.enc

  13. Relaunch ROES and enter your customer information
