Unable to locate JVM Library

Error Message:


The information below is a solution, but is outdated:
  1. Make sure ROES is closed
  2. Navigate to C:\ProgramData find and delete SWRoes folder
  3. Open your C drive and navigate to the Users folder
  4. Copy and Paste %userprofile%\.RichmondProLabROES into a windows navigation window
  5. Delete the RichmondProLabROES.properties file
  6. Copy and Paste %userprofile%\.roescache into a windows navigation window
  7. Type .enc in the search window
  8. Locate and delete Richmond_ROES.xml.enc
  9. Try to relaunch (either from msi or shortcut)
  10. Double-check the size of RichmondProLabROES.xml.enc (located: .roescache/RichmondProlabROES) approx 5.5mb
  11. Delete RichmondProLabROES.xml.enc and relaunch
  12. If Windows 7 or previous, install http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=26999 which is a fix to old C++ code
  13. Relaunch
