Custom Entry Ordering Process

Assign Images and Packages

  1. Add all subject images to their appropriate subject records in FLOW
  2. Order packages for each subject
  3. Select the appropriate background for the package for green screen
  4. Once you have completed steps 1 and 2 for all subjects with orders you can submit your ImageMatch upload

Submitting ImageMatch Upload

If you have more subject records than orders you will need to filter your orders to only submit New Orders
  1. Click on the Funnel icon at the top of the FLOW screen to reveal the filter options
  2. Select New Orders from the All Subjects With ... dropdown list
  3. Click Apply Filter
      1. You will see the number of subjects drop to the total number of subjects with new orders
  4. Click on the Export Current Project button in the top right corner of the FLOW screen
  5. On this new window, select the ImageMatch tab
  6. Select Upload to Lab
  7. Select Use Filtered Data
  8. Uncheck Apply Crops
    1. This should only be checked if you have set your crops in FLOW yourself
  9. Uncheck Render Green Screen
    1. This should only be checked if FLOW is rendering the greenscreen, if Richmond Pro Lab is rendering your greenscreen it should be unchecked
    2. Select Use Original Filenames
    3. Select Primary Image under Images to Use
    4. Select Pose under Treat Group Photos as...
  10. Click Upload
    1. Select Specialty Items Templated and Templates Approved By Lab on this new window
  11. Under Service Item Instructions, copy the hyperlink and paste it into your favorite browser
  12. Click Save
  13. Fill out the Service Item Form you pasted into your browser window while the file is uploading
  • Uploading can take some time depending on the size of the project and the speed of your connection so please be sure to leave FLOW open and your computer ON during this process. Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email that we have received your upload.
