Blueprint: Adding New Users and Roles & Permissions

Users and Roles are a way to control what functions are accessible to users that login to blueprint. In general, the main user admin should have all functionality turned on.

Add New User

  1. Click on your Account Name

  2. Click on Preferences

  3. Select Users

  4. Click on Add User

  5. Fill out user information and assign a Role (if you haven't created a Role yet, please do so in the following steps)

Add Roles & Permissions

  1. Click on your Account Name

  2. Click on Preferences

  3. Select Roles & Permissions

  4. Click on Add Role

  5. Select which permissions should be available or unavailable for the role
