Saving Your Printable Report - ROES

The Printable Report is a record of the image file(s), thumbnail(s), product(s) ordered, and text added to an order that has been submitted through ROES. Since our internal files stored on our print lab server refresh after 30 days and the Sent/Saved tab in ROES can be set to remove old orders, we always recommend our customers save a copy of the Printable Report to their computer after placing each order to ensure they can to access this information in the future.

"Receipt", and "ROES receipt" are other names for the "Printable Report" and are used interchangeably throughout this article.

This walk-through uses screenshots from a Windows computer; the process may look slightly different on a MAC.

Step 1: Locate Your Printable Report

If you're in the process of sending the order:

  1. After clicking "Complete and send order" from the Shopping Cart in ROES, a window will appear with two options:

    1. View Upload Status

    2. Show Receipt.

  2. Click "Show Receipt"

  3. This will open your printable report in a browser tab. Move on to Step 2: Save Your Printable Report

If your order is in the sent/saved tab

  1. Open the "Sent/Saved Orders" Tab

  2. Click on the yellow "Printable Report" button for the appropriate order

  3. This will open your printable report in a browser tab. Move on to Step 2: Save Your Printable Report

STEP 2: Save Your Printable Report

When you use either process above to find your printable report, it will open the report in a browser tab.

  1. Click "Print Order"

  2. This will open a print dialogue box. Select "Save as PDF" from the Destination drop down list and click "Save".

  3. Navigate to the location on your computer where you would like to save this receipt and click "Save" again.

  4. The document will be downloaded to your computer and can be retrieved later from the location where it was saved.
