How to Send an ImageMatch Export for a Service Item Order

Submitting orders for Yearbook CD, Admin Disc, Service Strips, Mugbook, etc. through FLOW. Note: This workflow is not standard and is only used to order specific products and services.
You must fill out the service item form with each export submitted to the lab to indicate what service items are needed for the job.
  1. Double-click on a project tile to open the project to be sent to the lab

  2. Click on the Preferences button in the top right-hand corner

  3. Select Utilities on left-hand column

  4. Click the refresh all image orientations button

  5. Click on the "Export Project" button on the project tile

  6. Select the ImageMatch tab

  7. Select all the necessary options:

    1. Select Upload to Lab

    2. Select Filter options if you are filtering your images

    3. Select Apply Crops if you are applying crops through FLOW

    4. Select Render GreenScreen if you are submitting flattened jpegs on a background

      1. images will be rendered on the default background for the project if selected

    5. DO NOT Select Use Original File Names

    6. Select Medium(services) from the Jpeg Quality dropdown for service items

    7. Select Images to Use

      1. All Images - exports all subject images

      2. Primary Image - only exports images flagged as primary

      3. Yearbook Pose - images flagged as yearbook pose, if yb pose is not flagged then primary is exported

    8. Always send Group Photos as Group Photo unless instructed otherwise

  8. Click Upload

  9. On the Lab Order Form, check all the boxes

  10. Click "Save" and your order will start uploading to the lab

  11. Fill out the Service Item form here:
    richmondprolab.com/serviceitemform

  12. You will receive confirmation emails regarding your submission and Custom Entry will follow up with any questions
