Packing your order failed due to: Index: 0, Size: 0

When clicking Complete and Send Order, ROES displays an error message:

  • This means that there is a package favorite that is ordered, but has no products in it, e.g. Package A with no items

Solution:

  1. Return to cart and scroll through the items and packages
  2. Look for any package that has no items in it, it will appear as a line item in the cart, but no images or products will be within it
  3. Another tip is to use the progress bar from completing order as an indicator for how far down in the cart the item appears.
    a. If the progress bar is 90% complete then the item is likely in the lower portion of the cart
