String Out of Range: 0

If you see this error while finishing an Events order, this means that a package was ordered that does not contain any products
e.g. Package F is ordered using events (F-1) but there is no product in Package F

Solution:

  1. Find the package in the cart and set the qty to 0 and send
  2. If the above does not work, fix the package by adding an item to it OR fix the CSV/ROES Table by deleting that package from the subject data
  3. Review the order again
