Green Screen Background Not Transmitting to Lab

If you are submitting a green screen order and the background is not applying properly (the lab is receiving a white background or transparent background) then try the following solutions:
  1. If you haven't sent a green screen project before, confirm

    1. Your backgrounds are installed in the C:\ProgramData\Flow\Backgrounds folder

      1. Green screen backgrounds should be sized to 8x12 at 300dpi

    2. Your project is a green screen project (Edit Project Preferences - Check Green Screen box and choose default background).

  2. On the submission page make sure "apply hard crop" NOT CHECKED

    1. To correct for 1, select "send crop data" and then submit or save the order and the background should be applied.

  3. On the submission page make sure "use original filename" is NOT CHECKED

    1. To correct for 2, deselect "use original filename" and send or save the order
