Editing New Orders Before Submitting in BluePrint

The steps below are helpful if you need to edit an order that has not been submitted to the lab. You can edit the image chosen, the background selected (if green screen), and the crop used on orders - you can also adjust the dropship address for ship-to-home orders
Order contents cannot be edited - if the contents are incorrect a new order will need to be placed with the correct products - this includes any updates made to a pricesheet after the order was placed.

Editing Orders

  1. On the Job -> Orders page, search for or find the order that needs to be edited

  2. Place a checkbox next to the order

  3. Select the Ellipsis (...) in the upper right-hand corner and select Edit Order

    1. You can also edit the order on the subject record - select the checkbox next to the new order and select the ellipsis

  4. On the Order page, select Edit Product

  5. On the edit page, select a new image or adjust the crop as necessary - click Update to save the changes

  6. Select Save & Exit to save the changes to the order
