String Index Out of Range: 0

If you see this error while finishing an Events order, this means that a package was ordered that does not contain any products

e.g. Package F is ordered using events (F-1) but there is no product in Package F


  1. Look through your package favorites being ordered to find the package that has no items within it

  2. Go to the shopping cart page in ROES

  3. Find the package in the cart and set the qty to 0

    1. Do this for each package of this type

  4. Try sending the order once all are adjusted

Still not sending?

  1. If the above does not work, try to fix the package by adding an item to it (see video below)

Still not working?

  1. Go back to the Events table and find/delete that package from the subject data

  2. Review the order again
