Creating Groups From Job Data

There's an easy way to create a groups from your jobs if subjects within the job have the appropriate job data. For instance, if the subjects have Teacher or Homeroom data and there are group images for those specific groups, create groups from that data in the job settings.
  1. Open the Job

  2. Select Settings and Job Data

  3. Select the field in your data to use to create the Groups for the subjects

  4. Click Group Subjects

  5. A confirmation screen will appear below, confirm that the subjects should be grouped by the selected dataimage.png

  6. Always double-check the subjects for appropriate groupings

  7. If everything looks correct, click the sync button

  8. If it does not, revert the job and try again
