Reordering a Single Item from a Package

These are instructions for resending problem products from a package. For customers that need to reorder a single item from a subject record.

  1. Make sure Package Summary is listed in your subject information

    1. To display fields, select Package Summary from the dropdown menu and restart the software

  2. Click the Filter button and select the Package Summary from the Field dropdown menu

  3. Type in the package name that contains the item you need to resend

  4. Click Apply Filter

      1. You will see that the records displayed shows only the filtered selection

      2. Click Order Entry and find the package/item that needs to be resent

      3. Hover over the item and select Add This Package to ALL Subjects with Images

  5. This will add the package selected to only the filtered subjects

  6. Submit your new order as normal and leave an order instruction that it is for resend
