Adding CaptureLife Delivery to ROES Order
The CaptureLife Delivery Product can be saved as a Favorite and ordered as a package product using ROES Events or added a la carte for drag-and-drop order entry
All Images: This product lets you add the customer’s contact information and assumes you want all of the images to be delivered so no image selection is required
Selected Images: This option lets you add the customer’s contact information and allows you to select which images to include in the digital delivery
For either of the two products, enter the customer contact information:
Name: The first and last name of the customer who will be receiving the digital delivery
Email: The customer’s email address that will be used to notify the customer that their images have arrived and are ready for viewing in CaptureLife. The email will have the photographers branding
Phone: The customer’s cell phone number that will be used to notify the customer with a text message that their images have arrived and are ready for viewing in CaptureLife. The text will have the photographers branding. It is recommended to include both an email address and text message so the customer sees one or both of the notifications
Event: This field must be filled in and must have the same Event name for every delivery submitted within the same ROES order. This will be used as the name of the album of images that will be delivered to the customer in CaptureLife. For example, “Gabrielle Senior Portraits.” If you regularly submit more than one CaptureLife delivery in a single order, we recommend entering a generic Event name such as "Photos from Business Name" and saving the CaptureLife product to your favorites to ensure that there is no issue with the CaptureLife deliveries going through correctly.
When using the “Add Customer with Selected Images” product, you can multiselect the images you want to include with the order and drag them up into the blank frames in the product, as shown below.
After adding the contact information and images to the product, click “Add to Cart” and go through your normal checkout process. After the order is submitted, it will be sent to the lab’s ROES Server, which will process the digital delivery order automatically and send immediately to the customer.
The customer will receive an email and/or text message notification with a smart link that will take them into the correct app (iPhone, Android, or Web on their computer) to view the images.
