Darkroom or Photoreflect LE Error: The Labtricity Lab May Not Support the Shipping Method or Country

This error message occurs with local customers or customers who have Pickup selected as the shipping method.
The error also appears if Priority is selected as the shipping method

Solution:

  1. For Mail customers: Change the shipping method for the order by clicking on Setup -> Fulfillment Options -> and change the shipping method to Standard

  2. For local customers who would like to pick the order up a store: Go back to the Orders page and leave a special instruction on the order to send the order to the store you prefer.

  3. Right-click on the order and send the order to the lab
