The Labtricity Lab May Not Support the Shipping Method or Country

  • This error message occurs with local customers or customers who have Pickup selected as the shipping method.

  • The error also appears if Priority is selected as the shipping method

Solution:

  1. Change the shipping method for the order by clicking on Setup -> Fulfillment Options -> and change the shipping method to Standard

  2. Go back to the orders page and leave a special instruction on the order to send the order to the route selected

  3. Right-click on the order and send the order to the lab
