ROES Prompts to Switch Catalog When Adding Items or Editing Cart
This is a software issue when adding or editing an item in the cart. ROES prompts the user to switch catalogs to continue.
This solution is the same if there are no options in the shopping cart section when submitting an order:
Special Instructions, Packaging Options, Green Screen Options are all missing from the cart
Please contact customer service if you see this issue.
It is likely due to low ram on the machine and we will be able to fix the saved order
