ROES Prompts to Switch Catalog When Adding Items or Editing Cart

This is a software issue when adding or editing an item in the cart. ROES prompts the user to switch catalogs to continue.

  • This solution is the same if there are no options in the shopping cart section when submitting an order:

    • Special Instructions, Packaging Options, Green Screen Options are all missing from the cart

  • Please contact customer service if you see this issue.

  • It is likely due to low ram on the machine and we will be able to fix the saved order
