ROES Web Lite Error: "Please check your payment information and try again"

When customer gets to checkout, an error displays after selecting a shipping method and attempting to submit the order.

This error occurs because there is faulty or NULL shipping information associated with the shipping address or the webpage has bad values entered in the Dropship fields - even though dropship was not selected as the method.



  1. Select Back to go back to the Shipping section

  2. Select a Drop Ship method and select Next

  3. Enter Drop Ship shipping information and select Next

  4. On the Payment Screen, select Back to go back to the shipping section

  5. Now select the appropriate Ship to Studio shipping method or Pick Up at Store

  6. Select Next and submit the order - the order should be received as normal
