Picking Up Orders at Richmond Camera

Choosing the Pickup option for Richmond Pro Lab orders will allow you to pick up your order at our sister company Richmond Camera. There is one store location in the Carytown neighborhood of Richmond, Virginia. As of April 2020, we no longer offer a Pickup option at the lab in downtown Richmond.

Selecting the Pickup Option

  • ROES Orders: Select the "Pick Up at Store" option as the Shipping Method during checkout.

  • FLOW Orders: On the Submit Orders page, select Pickup under Shipping Type. More information about shipping options in FLOW can be found here.

  • Labtricity Orders: Under Setup click Fulfillment Options, then select "Ship all orders back to the company address" and "Pickup" from the dropdown. More information about shipping options in Labtricity can be found here.

  • Contact Customer Service at 800.262.0515 x105 if you would like all of your orders automatically delivered to the Richmond Camera store.

Delivery Time

  • The Pickup option adds one day to the production time of orders so that they can be delivered to the store. You can keep track of your order in the lab on the Order History page of our website. Once you receive a shipping confirmation email, your order will be ready to pick up the following morning during the Richmond Camera store hours.

Picking Up Orders

  • When you arrive at the Richmond Camera store, provide the studio name listed on your account page and say that you are picking up a "Pro Lab" order. If the store is unable to find your order, please contact Customer Service at 800.262.0515 x105.

Paying For Orders

  • Orders placed through Richmond Pro Lab cannot be paid for at Richmond Camera since the store is a separate company. They can only be paid for using the card stored on file through your account page. You will not be asked to pay for the order when you pick it up. If a pickup order was not able to be billed through your account, Customer Service will contact you by phone and email requesting updated payment information.

Pickup by Someone Else

  • We do not recommend having clients pick up orders at the store since Richmond Pro Lab orders are cataloged under the studio name and pricing information is printed on the receipts. You can have an employee, family member or a friend pick up an order as long as they know to request a "Pro Lab" order under your studio name.
