Checking the Status of an Order

How to check the status of an order submitted to the lab. Here you can find the date the order was received, when the order is due to ship, and the tracking information on the order after it has shipped. You can also search for an order or orders using the Team/Event name.
  1. Login to with your email address and password

  2. Click on View Order History on the Account Information page

  3. On the Order Status and History page you will see some search criteria that you can use to search for specific orders

  4. Scroll down the page to see recently submitted orders

    1. Click on the different column headings to sort

    2. Use the Team/Event search to search for job specific data

    3. Note the due to ship date and the status at the lab

  5. Click on the red Order ID and the order specific information will open in a new page

    1. Here you can see the order total, services and products associated with the order, Ship date, ship cost, ship method, and tracking number associated with the order

    2. Click on the tracking number to track the order status if the order has shipped
